The emergence of the highly contagious delta variant makes it even more urgent that you take the COVID-19 vaccine. According to the US Centers for Disease Control, unvaccinated individuals make up 97% of all COVID-19 hospitalizations and 99% of COVID-19 mortalities. This data emphasizes what we’ve known for some time: the COVID-19 vaccine remains our best defense in protecting ourselves, our families and our communities.

As fitness and wellness enthusiasts, we have a unique responsibility to get vaccinated to protect and serve as role models for our families and communities.

Mask wearing and other existing protocols will continue to be required to help prevent the spread of the virus. These life-saving vaccines, however, remain our best shot at crushing COVID-19. Anyone not fully vaccinated will be denied entry to the studio.

Your understanding and commitment is appreciated.
